It all started when i was 13 years old.My father Albert S. Hunt Jr. wanted me to help him do work on the house our family owned in warren.When he was done pulling my teeth out to get me to help him i soon began working with him on jobs he would do after his day job.When i turned 16 years old i was still working with my dad on the side jobs and i started working for E.J. Sevigny Construction where my father worked in the day time.I was only able to work there during the summer when i wasn't in school,no one in school new i was working on my career at this point in my life.E.J. Sevigny Construction had 100 years of knowledge in carpentry and house building that they were willing to teach their workers,so i stayed for 7 years going full time at 18 years old.At age 23 i was 10 years into my career.I started my own company at this point and i was also doing carpentry as a hobby on the side.I subcontracted my labor out to a few different contractors,(plumbing,electrical,roofing,foundation,siding,house framming ex.).This went on for about 5 years while still learning from E.J. Sevigny and my dad.28 years old now i moved to Maine where i worked in a saw mill that cut hard wood and was doing carpentry on the side for 4 years.After that i came back to Rhode Island and started working for Greg Collins framming houses for about 2 years.At this point in my life i was 34 years old and i started my own company again called (Hunt's Carpentry) where i did a lot of remodling houses and roofing and working with Greg Collins framming houses.That lasted 7 years then i ran out of work.41 years old now  i went to work for Mello Construction doing excavating,street drains,asfalt prep ex. while doing carpentry on the side for myself and with my father for about 2 years.Now at 43 years old i've started my own company again called (A.J.H. Construction) and it's still going strong 3 years later at age 46.
